Nick

Nick came in from McHenry County Animal Control, so we don't know
much about his history. He was set to be euthanized, and Cathy took him instead. He is very sweet, and will
live a long, happy life at the Sanctuary!
UPDATE November 13, 2003
Nick has begun to lose his fur. He will receive a lupron depot in late November, when the lupron comes in.
We will try to post progress pictures.

UPDATE: Mar. 14, 2005
Nick has inoperable tumors in his tummy. He is still on lupron for his adrenal symptoms. (You`d never
know to look at him that he is adrenal. He has a beautiful coat, a gentle disposition, and doesn`t experience the itchiness
that goes along with adrenal disease. We are hoping the prostate doesn`t enlarge & cause urinary blockage. So far, so good...)
He doesn`t stay out as long during playtime, but still seems comfortable. He`s such a loving boy. He`ll crawl right up into
the lap of anyone sitting on the floor.More later.
