On September 22, 2006, we got another call.

 

 A blind little girl had been abandoned at a campsite near Belvidere. The woman who had the ferret wanted to find a home for "Sweetpea" & called the vet, who suggested us.

 

The next day, on September 23, 2006, Sweetpea joined our family.

 

Sweetpea is not a "she"--- She is a "HE"---and he is a nice champagne boy, about five years old. He`s in quarantine for a couple weeks. He tires easily. We`re not sure if his wirey coat is due to poor nutrition or adrenal disease. We will have to watch him.

 

Because we have had a "Sweetpea" before, this Sweetpea`s middle name will be "Two".

 

Until we can purchase more disk space, there will not be a picture of Sweetpea Two.
